Best Books & Ways to tackle Depression.
Nowadays people have understood the importance of proper diet and exercise in recent years, and recent studies indicate that people have been eating well and exercising more often for the past decades, resulting in people living longer, but people still do not acknowledge that their emotional health is just as important as their physical health.
Many people get 2 to 3 hours of exercise a day on average and ensure that nothing they eat contains calories or preservatives, but they pay little care to their mental health, take no breaks, not even the odd long weekend, working 40-hour weeks, taking jobs home with them, and even working weekends. Much of this in the hopes of getting a major promotion one day, or to get high-paying jobs in order to secure their future.
Many times, people don't even realize that they are going through depression or anxiety, many people even get anxiety/panic attacks but, they often neglect them. It is always advised to not neglect them if you see any signs/symptoms of mental depression please consult a psychiatrist. some symptoms of depression can be :

○ lack of confidence

Because, in the end, no matter how well you eat or how much you work out, if your emotional well-being isn't in decent shape, you won't be able to flourish. And ultimately it will result in elevated blood pressure, fatigue, and tension, all of which increase the risk of a stroke or heart attack.

It is also said that "A good book is worth 100 friends" so when you don't have anyone to talk to you can just start reading, is so simple.

"I wish I had this book when I was 18 and having panic attacks. It's smart, witty, informative and importantly, it lets you know that if you have panic attacks too... you are not alone."
- Going on a long ride on my bike is my favorite method to refresh. Nothing puts the world back into view like flying wild as the wind; riding carefree, not having any thoughts just my bike and me this gives me immense pleasure, in my opinion, there are no probably better ways of therapy.
- Often I just call my friends and talk to them for a few minutes to lift my mood. Chit-chatting, gossiping, smiling, exchanging opinions and thoughts, reminiscing about days when we were together and having fun, and then laughing at those jokes, all of this brightens my day.
- I also enjoy watching an hour or 2 of television/TV series every night, some light sitcoms (sitcoms like Friends, How I Met Your Mother) are a great way to lighten the load of your mind, and laughing out loud for 30 seconds every day is a great way to release stress.
- Video games or PC games are also great for stress release, if you are mad at your boss what better way to get it out of you than boxing, just imagine you are pounding on your boss and hope you don’t lose. If some PC games can be stress-busters games like Pubg, COD, etc.
- You can also relax and unwind in a long spa or bubble bath while listening to music and using fragrant soaps, body wash, and salts. By the way, the scent will help with stress relief, so give it a shot.
- Taking long walks could also be another choice. Simply walking around your neighborhoods and talking to new people and making new friends is also a smart idea. If your area has a park, go there and stroll barefoot on the lawn, relax on it, and feel it; this will always help. It automatically improves your mood.
- Finally, cooking is one of my absolute favorites. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and cooking them. I not only enjoy cooking, but I also enjoy eating them because I am a big foodie. People usually eat to live, but I live to eat, so I enjoy the process. Obviously, certain people may or may not enjoy cooking, but in this situation, guys you can just order food online from Zomato, Swiggy, Food Panda, Uber eats there are n number of options for ordering food nowadays.
So these were some of my ideas that I use when I'm dealing with mental health problems and that have proven to be very beneficial to me and may also be beneficial to you
Also, remember that even if you face any of these symptoms don’t panic everything will be alright you will be able to tackle everything eventually. Good things are on their way just be patient and don’t give up!
