Nowadays p eople have understood the importance of proper diet and exercise in recent years, and recent studies indicate that people have been eating well and exercising more often for the past decades, resulting in people living longer, but people still do not acknowledge that their emotional health is just as important as their physical health. Many people get 2 to 3 hours of exercise a day on average and ensure that nothing they eat contains calories or preservatives, but they pay little care to their mental health, take no breaks, not even the odd long weekend, working 40-hour weeks, taking jobs home with them, and even working weekends.
